Loved the beach access and amazing ocean views. The games room was fun for our kids. Our room could have been cleaner on check-in, though. Wi-fi was spotty during our stay, which was frustrating.

Great family-friendly vibe and tons of fun activities to keep the kids entertained. Spacious room with comfy beds for a good night's sleep.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was manageable.

Comfortable rooms, comfortable atmosphere with friendly staff who genuinely care about your experience and clean, beachy decor that makes you feel right at home.
Hard to think of anything.

Direct beach access and beautiful views are a plus. Check-in staff was rude, and the internet didn't work well. The game room offered some fun entertainment options.

Great beach access and views. Wi-Fi inconsistent, spent time at the office area.

The hotel offers stunning ocean views just steps away from the beach, making it a perfect base for exploring the beautiful coastline and nearby attractions like Connie Hansen Garden Conservancy, just 500 meters away, or Lincoln City Cultural Center, which is almost 2 km away; plus there are plenty of great dining options nearby, so you can fill your day with enjoyable walks and delicious food. The room was spacious and the beds were super comfy. the hotel could improve on its amenities and service to match the incredible surroundings.

Fantastic beach access and a spacious, clean room with a view made for lovely mornings sipping coffee as waves crashed below. The indoor pool was a nice touch, but the cable outage left us feeling disconnected during storm-watching. Small bathroom and limited maid service were disappointments, especially with the old furnishings. The noise from neighbors disrupted the peace we sought. The rusted tin overhead added to the ambiance but not in a good way. It was a mix of blissful beach days marred by a few frustrating details that need attention.

The ocean view from my balcony was absolutely stunning! The room was so comfortable and clean, making it a perfect retreat. The friendly staff made check-in a breeze, and I loved the relaxing pool area with adults-only hours!

When we arrived at Surftides, we were excited for our beachfront view room that we had reserved months in advance. we were disappointed to find that our room did not meet our expectations. The bathroom was incredibly small, with the door hitting the toilet and shower making it difficult to maneuver. We encountered bugs in the room, the beds were uncomfortably hard, and the drains were slow. The lack of maintenance showed in the overgrown grounds and old furniture. the hotel's beachfront location was stunning. We enjoyed the view from our room, despite the noisy neighbors above us on our last night. The constant pounding and yelling disrupted our sleep, and we were told to endure it as the guests above us had a disabled child. The lack of information about the TV channels was also frustrating. The room itself was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. The gas fireplace added a cozy ambiance, and the limited interactions we had with the staff were friendly. the check-in process was overly long, and the beds were uncomfortably firm and high. The hot water and water pressure were lacking, and the recommended on-site restaurant did not impress. We faced various issues during our stay, from electrical problems in the bathroom to rude staff interactions. The $50 holding amount not communicated to us beforehand was embarrassing and unprofessional. Despite the issues, the convenient beach access and cozy courtyard were highlights of our stay.

Staying at the edge of the majestic Pacific Ocean with my family at this quaint hotel truly enhanced our adventures. The nearby attractions such as Barking Dog Farm and Chinook Winds Casino added a touch of excitement to our memorable trip to Lincoln City.
My wife says that more family-friendly activities could enhance the stay.

Clean and nicely decorated. The room was comfortable, with everything functioning well. I appreciated the anniversary card from Ben—a thoughtful touch. The ocean view from my little balcony was superb, complemented by the soothing sound of the tide. the property is showing wear. The bathroom faucet dripped, and the toilet ran frequently. Limited amenities—only five hangers for three people and no daily maid service. The game room needed attention; equipment was broken or missing. Staff could improve their customer service approach. There were underlying maintenance issues that require immediate addressing. This place has potential, but it needs significant updates to truly shine.

Staff provide top-notch compassion during tough times. Location is lovely with beautiful sunsets and a nice pool.
Check-in at 4 pm is chaos.

The pounding noise from above kept us awake all night, and the room was filthy with stained carpets. Plus, the staff was unhelpful when we tried to address our concerns. Definitely not worth the money!

The ocean view was breathtaking, and the hot tub provided a relaxing soak with ample hot water. The staff's service was friendly and accommodating.
The cleanliness was disappointing - hair in the bathroom and a dirty bathtub made for an unpleasant stay. The room lacked decor and felt cold;

The room was beautiful with a phenomenal ocean view. The king bed was incredibly comfortable; I could have stayed longer. Soft accent lighting created a relaxing atmosphere. It was chilly in the room, and there were no additional blankets. We enjoyed the convenient coffee bar and mini fridge. The bathroom had been nicely renovated, sleek and stylish. The balcony chairs were a minor drawback due to their height; a regular table would have been better. Access to the beach was easy, but I did hear noise from the room above during the night.

we encountered several maintenance problems, including rusted balcony bars, unclean sheets, and a malfunctioning heater. While the location is ideal, the lack of upkeep significantly impacted our experience.

Chillin' by the beach, exploring the city vibes, and hitting up the local spots - amazing memories made! The whole crew had a blast hangin' by the ocean, hittin' the trails, and checkin' out some dope attractions!
More late-night entertainment options would've taken our party to the next level.

Had a cozy room with a comfy king bed, a balcony with ocean view, and a mini fridge. The location near the beach was perfect for quick access. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub amenities, great for relaxation after exploring the city.
Elevator malfunctioned, some maintenance issues with torn screens and wobbly faucet. The staff experience varied, with one unfriendly encounter.

The staff at Surftides Hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The lounge area was perfect for unwinding and the on-site restaurant, Mist, served delicious food through room service. We loved the convenience of multiple beach access points, allowing us to easily enjoy the beautiful coastline. If we ever return to Lincoln City, we will definitely choose Surftides Hotel for our stay.
The room could have been cleaner, with dust and a few minor issues like a flimsy table and a stain on the bed skirt.
